DATA & PRIVACY / UPDATED OCTOBER 25, 2026

Privacy policy

This policy describes the JR Field Ops customer synchronization and Revenue features operated by JR Property Solutions LLC, and this information website.

Connected information

Customer synchronization reads names, customer identifiers, property and billing addresses, contact details, service frequency, rates, notes, and route assignments from the two configured mowing and snow workbooks. It matches customer accounts and locations in JobTread and customer records in QuickBooks.

What the revenue feature reads

When the company administrator connects the services, Field Ops reads the company’s configured Google forecast sheets, JobTread customer invoices and delivery status, and QuickBooks company information, invoices, applied payments, credit memos, and refund receipts. Records may include customer names and identifiers, invoice descriptions and dates, amounts, balances, payment dates, transaction links, and contact information supplied by the source service.

How the information is used

When the administrator enables customer synchronization, entering or editing a master customer in Field Ops or a configured Google master sheet updates the corresponding customer details, routes, and field forms. The program can create or update matching customer records, property addresses, and contact details in JobTread. The company’s existing JobTread integration carries customer changes to QuickBooks. Field Ops’ own QuickBooks connection is read-only. Existing route order is preserved while new stops are placed; ambiguous identities and conflicting edits are held for review. Google grants spreadsheet editing account-wide, but the program restricts its sheet writes to the two configured workbooks.

We use these records to show seasonal forecasts, verify sent invoices, match applied payments, and identify records that need review. The revenue connection reads accounting records; its implementation does not create, change, send, or delete QuickBooks transactions. Intuit’s authorization screen may describe a broader accounting permission than the read operations this feature performs.

The feature does not request payroll access, bank-feed credentials, or payment-card details. It does not process customer payments. Other Field Ops functions and third-party services have separate purposes and controls.

Where information is stored

Field Ops runs on a company-controlled computer in the United States. It stores cached source records, verified results, connection status, and application data in its local data folder. Connection credentials are encrypted using a key stored on that computer. This does not mean that all cached business records or computer backups are encrypted. Access to the computer and its backups must be limited by the company administrator.

This website hosts information and the QuickBooks sign-in return page. Intuit sends a short-lived authorization code, a company identifier, and an unpredictable state value to that HTTPS page. The return page removes these parameters from the browser address bar and offers a Continue on this PC link to send the result to Field Ops on the same computer. It does not display the authorization code as page text. Field Ops verifies the pending sign-in request and company before saving a connection. Website infrastructure can receive these return parameters in request logs. Access tokens, refresh tokens, client secrets, customer records, and invoice reports are not uploaded to this site by Field Ops. The PC exchanges the code directly with Intuit.

Service providers and disclosure

The connected services receive authenticated requests necessary to read records, synchronize customer information, and refresh authorization. Customer details needed for a write are sent to the corresponding connected service. Intuit, JobTread, and Google handle information under their own terms and privacy policies. The website hosting service, Cloudflare, and its infrastructure providers may process connection details such as IP address, browser information, cookies, and request logs under their own policies.

The revenue feature does not include advertising or sell customer information. Access to the local dashboard is limited to authorized company users. Information may be disclosed by the company when required by law or needed to respond to a security incident.

Retention, disconnection, and corrections

Cached records remain in the local application and any company backups until the administrator removes them. There is currently no automatic retention-period deletion. Disconnecting this app in Field Ops or QuickBooks prevents new authorized accounting reads but does not erase previously cached data or disconnect JobTread’s separate integration. Contact the company administrator to request correction or removal of local copies and to address any applicable accounting-record retention requirements.

The configured Google master lists control service customer details. Correct them in a master sheet or through Add Customer in Field Ops. Conflicting edits made directly in JobTread or QuickBooks may require administrator review. A successful later refresh updates the dashboard; records that cannot be verified remain separate for review.
