Connect or reconnect

Connections are managed by the authorized JR Property Solutions administrator.

An administrator must complete Intuit’s app requirements and authorize the correct company before the revenue feature can retrieve live accounting data.

Field Ops provides a QuickBooks connection panel under Account setup on the company computer. Choose Connect QuickBooks (or Reconnect QuickBooks), then Continue with QuickBooks. Choose JR Property Solutions LLC in your existing business Chrome profile and review Intuit’s permission screen. Keep Field Ops open. On the sign-in return page, choose Continue on this PC to send the result back to Field Ops. Field Ops validates the company before saving encrypted connection credentials locally. Do not email credentials, paste them into this website, or share them with unauthorized users.

For connection, privacy, or security help, contact the company administrator at jared@jrpropertysolutions.net. If an Intuit support reference is shown, include that reference and the time of the error; never send credentials or customer records. Reconnect in Account setup if the app reports an expired connection. The last verified figures stay dated in the dashboard until a new check succeeds.
